Welcome to Reverse It. By accessing or using our website and door-to-door pickup, return, shipping drop-off, package delivery, or errand services in Henderson, NV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Service Scope & Area
Reverse It operates as a local courier and pickup service exclusively within Henderson, Nevada city limits — including Anthem, Green Valley, Seven Hills, Inspirada, Lake Las Vegas, and Downtown Henderson. Pickups, deliveries, or drop-offs outside Henderson city limits are subject to prior written approval or immediate cancellation.
2. Acceptable Items & Packaging
Customers must ensure that all items submitted for pickup are safe, non-hazardous, legal under federal and Nevada law, and properly packaged or clearly labeled. Hazardous, illegal, explosive, flammable, or contraband materials are strictly prohibited. Reverse It reserves the right to refuse any package or item that appears unsafe or violates these policies.
3. Appointments & Access
Customers must provide accurate pickup address details and ensure secure access for our drivers (e.g., porch, front doorstep, gate codes). Items designated for porch pickup should be placed outside prior to the start of the scheduled window.
4. Liability & Insurance Coverage
Items handled by Reverse It during local transit are covered under our standard transit liability limits up to $100 per pickup order unless higher value coverage is declared and approved in writing. Reverse It is not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile items not properly cushioned, carrier drop-off delays post-delivery, or third-party retailer refund processing disputes.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Payments are securely processed via Stripe at the time of booking or recurring billing setup. Subscriptions (Basic $69/mo, Pro $119/mo) renew monthly until canceled. One-time pickups ($15) are charged per booking session. Add-on fees for packaging materials apply at checkout when requested.
