1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Reverse It service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Reverse It provides local pickup and drop off services for package returns, outbound shipping, and simple local errands within our designated service areas.

3. User Responsibilities

• Packages must be properly packed and sealed unless using an unboxed return service explicitly supported by the retailer.
• Users must provide accurate pickup addresses, destination information, and necessary return codes/labels.
• Items valued over $100 must be handed directly to a driver and signed for. Reverse It is not responsible for high value items left unattended.
• Prohibited items include hazardous materials, illegal goods, firearms, and perishable food items.

4. Liability and Insurance

Reverse It assumes responsibility for packages only from the moment of pickup until the moment of drop off at the designated carrier or retailer. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after drop off, or retailer refund processing.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.

6. Service Area

We operate within specific zip codes. If you book a pickup outside our service area, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the booking.
