Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: What information do I need to create a customer account?

You will need a valid e-mail address, phone number, payment method, and billing address.

Question 2:  How long does it take to place an order in the ReVerse It app?

It can take as little as few seconds to a minute to place an order once your default settings are saved.

Question 3: Do I need to be at the pick-up address when the driver picks up my package?

No, unless you would like to be. Unlike other returns services where you have to be present for the delivery driver, we typically pick up off your porch but we can schedule a time to meet you personally, especially if the value is over $100. Or it is perfectly fine to spend time doing other things besides waiting for a delivery driver. That’s the beauty of the ReVerse It app – You don't waste your time.

Question 4: How many packages can I return in one order?

Typically we will do 3 at one time. But if all your packages are going to the same place, like UPS. We are happy to make special arrangements with you. Simply send us a note and we will take care of you.

UPS, FedEX, USPS plus we can deliver to many department stores with receipts where a Credit Card has been used. NO cash returns.

Question 6: What are the guidelines for packages to ReVerse?

The ReVerse It Package Matrix outlines package length and weight guidelines: Small: 0” – 30” Medium: 31” – 50” Large: 51” – 70” Weight: 20 lb. Max. Anything over these sizes or weight special arrangements could be made.

Question 7: THIS IS A BIG ONE: Do I need to package my return item or will the delivery driver do it for me?

Absolutely need to package your returns. The drivers do not need to see what you are returning and they will not package it for you.

You will need to package your item. Drivers will not pick up packages that are not ready for shipment. We recommend you using the following supplies: A box or envelope mailer (What the retailer sent the item in initially) Bubble wrap(To protect your item) Shipping tape (To wrap your package) Scissors (To cut your shipping tape) Printer (To print you shipping label). We will need to return labels, QR codes, etc... or the driver will not return your shipment.

Question 8: Do I need to attach my own shipping label to the package?

Let's say yes attaching a label is the best practice. But in the cases with Amazon where a QR code is all that is needed simply upload the QR code when placing your order.

Question 9: Where do I leave my package for the delivery driver?

In a safe place accessible for the delivery driver at the pick-up location. We provide a “Note for Driver” section where you can give detailed information on how best to pick up your package. Examples: “Behind the Pillar on the front porch” “At the front desk of my apartment complex” “Suite 101 with my secretary”. A good note goes along way.

Question 10: When should I expect a driver to pick up my package(s)?

The drivers pick up between 8am - 12 noon all orders that are placed by 6am the day of the pickup. But... if you have a rush you can always contact us. We will do our best to take care of you and your returns.

If your item does not get picked up by 1pm please reach out to the company so the dispatcher can handle the issue quickly.

Question 11: How do I know my package has been picked up and delivered?

You will receive Text or email with a photo and time the package was picked up and another photo when delivered.

We recommend a good Cell phone number to be left in your order. Drivers will not call you unless absolutely necessary.

Question 13: Can I have various postal delivery store drop off locations within 1 order?

Each order is specific to 1 postal delivery store. For example, if you have packages needing delivery to UPS and FedEx, you will create two separate orders.
