How It Works
We've designed our process to be as frictionless as possible. Here is exactly what happens when you use Reverse It.

Book Your Pickup Online
Start by filling out our simple booking form. You'll tell us what you need picked up (returns, outbound shipping, or simple errands) and select a date.
- Provide your address and contact info
- Select the destination for your items (UPS, FedEx, Target, etc.)
- Upload any necessary QR codes or return receipts

Prepare Your Items
Get your items ready for our driver. All boxes must be taped closed. If you requested label printing, just make sure the items are clearly separated.
Package Guidelines:
- • Small (up to 30")
- • Medium (31" - 50")
- • Large (51" - 70")
- • 20 lb max weight per item
- Leave items on your porch by 8:00 AM on your pickup day
- Or, hand them directly to our driver when they arrive
- High value items (over $100) must be handed directly to the driver

We Handle the Rest
Our driver will pick up your items between 8:00 AM and Noon. We then route them to the appropriate carriers and retail locations.
- We drop off at all major carriers the same day
- We'll text or email you a confirmation photo of the drop off receipt
- Your returns are officially handled!
